Certificate requirements: Regular attendance and homework is a must. Your grade will be based on homework you have to hand in and a final exam.
This short course is designed for learners at the intermediate B1–B2 level who want to improve their confidence and fluency in both general and academic English and wish to strengthen their general language skills and gain initial experience with academic English.
The course focuses on everyday communication skills while introducing key academic language and strategies useful for study and work in international contexts. Through interactive activities, students will practice speaking, listening, reading, and writing. Topics include common situations such as travel, work, and daily life, as well as academic themes such as giving presentations, summarizing texts, and writing short formal emails or reports. Participants will also expand their vocabulary and develop greater grammatical accuracy.
By the end of the course, students will be able to express themselves more clearly and effectively in both informal and semi-formal settings.
